When will my item arrive?

Your item should arrive within 1-2 days of it being posted, all orders are handmade to order and will take up to 4 days to be made and then processed. The 1-2 days stated with the shipping options is how long Royal Mail first class delivery takes, this is on top of the processing time. Longer waits should be expected during busier times, if you need your order for a specific event or date please email us and we will try out best to accommodate you. Next day delivery postage is recommended for urgent items.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery insures that your item arrives the next day - this is only the case if you purchase before 2pm. If a purchase is made before 2pm then your order will be processed and posted out the same day. If you order past 2pm your order will not be posted till the following day. 

My item hasn't arrived?

If there is a problem with your order then please contact us at and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please quote your order number e.g #1301 in the subject line of the email so we know who you are. We will then work with you to clear up any issues you may be having with your order.

What form of postage do you use?

We currently use Royal Mail for our items and send everything as a first class large letter, there are also options for tracked and signed for postage.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We do! Overseas shipping will automatically be added to your basket upon checkout!

I want a refund, how can I get this?

Please contact us after reading our refund policy at; quoting your order number and stating the reason why you would like to be refunded.

We have a 14 day refund and returns policy and a 20 day policy for overseas orders. This accounts for both damaged and lost items. You must notify us of an issue with your order within 14 days of receiving it for damaged items. For lost post you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your email confirming your items have been posted.

Any issues brought to our attention after this 14 day window cannot be processed. 

 Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for any of our body jewellery, (earrings) due to health and safety hygiene reasons. We do however make an acceptation for items damaged during the shipping process, proof of this will however need to be provided. However, we do not refund postage if an item has been sent then damaged/lost.
